Installation ------------ Download DM-Absolution.zip (which you already did) Unzip DM-Absolution.unr to your UnrealTournament\Maps directory Extended description (back story) --------------------------------- This is a large DM map. I'm kinda sick and tired of the tiny cramped maps we've all been seeing so much of lately. I felt it was high time to return to the roots of Unreal's success: open spaces. Don't get me wrong, you'll find some nasty tight areas, but you'll also find yourself being swallowed up in the wide open spaces of these gargantuan halls. Author's Notes -------------- A couple points I'd like to bring up. One is the Acoustic Dampener. This is an old Unreal powerup and it's completely available in UT. If you're unfamiliar with this item, it makes your weapon fire inaudible to others. Have fun with it. ;-) Bot's have TL support for this map, but the TL ruins the map's balance. I highly recommend this map be used without TL... but that is just a preference after all, so go ahead if you want. You should not, however, expect to use the bots on this map under low grav or jump arena. They can't handle it, so don't do it. And if you do, don't come crying to me about it.
