• Press right six times
• Relese R1
• Hold circle
• Press x

At the character select screen, Highlight MegaMan X, press circle twice, then press left six times, then hold L1 and R2 and press start. Keep holding L1 and R2 until the game begins. Then go to Web Spider's level and where you get the leg enhancements, you will get the Ultimate Armor and Nova Strike instead. .
