There are hundreds of media-based drinking games. I'n not going to list them all (in fact, all I'm listing here is two) because they all basically follow the same principle: whenever a character says or does something, everyone drinks. A typical tv-based games, and perhaps the oldest is one called "Hi, Bob."
While watching The Bob Newhart Show, anytime one of the characters says "Bob" everyone takes a half drink, a full drink when a character says "Hi, Bob."
With a little imagiation, any t.v. show (radio program, or movie) can be converted into a drinking game. As I said, I'm not going to list all of them, but if you are interested the Ultimate Guide to Drinking Games has a collection of media-based drinking games.
Each of the players selects (or is randomly assigned) one of the castaways (Skipper, Mr Howell, Mrs Howell, Ginger, Mary-Ann, or the Professor). While watching an episode of Gilligan's Island whenever a character says another character's name, whoever has that character must take a drink. When Gilligan is mentioned, everyone drinks.
