The rules to this game are maintained by an elite group of party animals known as "Cardinal," who trace their roots back to the illustrious Cardinal Puff.

As a Cardinal myself, I cannot divulge the rules of this game without betraying my fellow Cardinals. So the only way you can learn this game is to ask everyone "Are you a Cardinal?" until you find one, who will then initiate you into the sacred mysteries of Cardinalhood.
