Howdy. Long time since an update (I'm really lazy lately). Got lots to talk about today. I'm sadden to tell you (all 3 of you) that the Beatmania 5-key series is coming to an end. Beatmania: The Final is, as it states, the final installment of that series. I dunno if IIDX (or is that XD?) will continue or not, but as far as I know, Beatmania is toasted. I'm sad by this, and you should be too. Beatmania is the whole reason we have DDR; without it, DDR would have never been created. In a way, we're losing DDR's older brother. Really depressing. But, according to Konami, they're goin out with a bang. B:TF is gonna be one hell-of-a version, as it'll be a tribute to the fans, and the song list is already well past 100. Too bad CC'll never get it anywhere. Heck, we havn't even seen our much-promised 5th mix @ Aladin's yet. It's on order, but you know how companies are. Now for some not-so Bemani news. Anybody watch Toonami? You remember back in the day when it was 3 hours long? Well, starting June 3rd, it's goin back to the way it used to be. Three hours of Toonami...now just gimmie my damn Sailor Moon Stars and I'll be happy. For those keeping track of the tourns, a few months ago I'm sure you heard about ShoDown2k2 @ Einstein's in Austin. Well, it got cancled. So, there ya go. Postponed, technically, but, as far as I know, no date's been set yet. Blah. Anyways, that's about all. See ya next update.
