Tips & Hints

There is a warp zone in World 1-2. At the very end of the underground part of the level, there is a pipe leading back up to the surface. Use the rising platforms to jump on top of the ceiling over the pipe. Continue right to find a warp zone that will take Mario to World 2, 3, or 4.

The second warp
There is a warp zone in World 4-2. After the first rising platform, there are some hidden blocks. To find the first one, get on the very edge of the ground, (towards the rising platform) and jump. Then, get back onto the rising platform and jump onto the new block. Break the bricks above it to find a vine that takes you to a coin world and a warp zone that will take Mario to World 6, 7, or 8.
There is a second warp zone in World 4-2. After the third set of moving
platforms (these ones are going down), jump up on top of the ceiling to your
right. Continue right, beyond the level exit pipe and you will find a warp
zone that will take Mario to World 5.
The third warp

Catch the flagpole at the end of the levels when the last digit of your time remaining is a 1, 3, or 6. The same number of fireworks will then go off, and each one is worth 500 points.
