Ok this is where all the OCC's I have made up are, I only have a few, but send me some of yours and I'll post them here with credit to you! What do you have to lose?
SPELL-SLINGER OCC
The Spell-Slinger is a new type of mage that is more scholarly than most other types of mages. They like nothing more than spending hours poring over arcane texts and doing magical research. They are basically a variant of a Ley Line Walker. They don't need to carry a "spellbook" around but do like to have several texts on magic handy. The creators of the OCC are the Karnathi. A group of Karnathi came through a rift 20 years ago into Rifts Earth. Among the group were Karnathi who were members of a secretive order called The Order of The Golden Tree. Within the first year a number of the Karnathi mages were captured and forced to reveal the secrets of their style of magic, (and many of the order's secrets). The person who captured them taught their style of magic to others and practicioners of the style were named Spell-Slingers for some reason and the name somehow stuck. The Order of The Golden Tree doesn't know about the kidnapping of the handful of members of their order and thus how members of other races know their style of magic is a mystery to the order. More info about the Order of The Golden Tree can be found in the Karnathi Shaman OCC, which I will write up eventually.

ATTRIBUTE REQUIREMENTS: IQ 15, PE 13, and ME 14
OCC SKILLS: Climbing (+10%), Land Navigation (+5%), Wilderness Survival (10%), Select 2 Pilot skills of choice (+6%), 2 Lore skills of choice (+10%), Math: Basic, H2H: Basic, 3 Languages of choice (+12%), 2 WP's of choice, and Literacy (+30%)
OCC RELATED SKILLS: Same as Ley Line Walker OCC, H2H: Basic can be upgraded to Expert for 1 other skill or Martial Arts for 2 other skills. A specific Martial Arts Form can be chosen for 3 other skills instead of 2
SECONDARY SKILLS: Same as Ley Line Walker OCC
STANDARD EQUIPMENT: Same as Ley Line Walker OCC
MONEY: 1d4x1000 credits and 3d4x1000 credits in gold, silver, or gems
CYBERNETICS/BIONICS: Will avoid them like the plague
PPE: 2d6x10 plus PE plus 10, add 3d6+1 per level
INITIAL SPELL KNOWLEDGE: Choose 4 spells for levels 1-4 each, 16 spells total
LEARNING NEW SPELLS: Same as Ley Line Walker OCC
MAGIC BONUSES: +5 vs Horror Factor, +1 vs magic at levels 3,6,9,11,14, and 15, +2 to spell strength at 1st level, spell strength increases as normal
SPECIAL ABILITIES: Has all the Ley Line Walker abilities and gains the Create Scroll spell at 5th level, this does not count as the spell chosen for 5th level and the PPE cost for it is 1/2 what it normally is
EXP TABLE: Use the Techno-Wizard experience table
