APPEARANCE: Is a mix between Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla, likes wearing a white lab coat and casual clothing
WEAPONS: Carries a suped up energy rifle that has 3 barrels and 3 E-clip ports as well as an advanced targetting scope/laser sight. Whenever the trigger is pressed it shoots 3 blasts, one per barrel. Damage is 9d6 MD. Also has 3 shot burst capability, damage on a burst is 9d6 x3 MD. Has 3000' range. Needs 3 e-clips and gets 20 shots per E-clip, 30 from a long e-clip, and 50 from an e-canister, needs 3 e-clips total will not work with just one or two. Each shot drains 1 charge from EACH clip, and each burst drains 3 charges from EACH e-clip. Also carries a vibro-knife that deals 1d6 MD and is silver plated.
ARMOR: When he needs to where armor he wears a custom suit: 150 MDC, -15% prowl, weighs 35 lbs
EQUIPMENT: Has the equipment listed in rogue scientist and rogue scholar occ's, plus whatever else the GM sees fit to give him
MONEY: Has 3 million credits, 100000 credits worth of gold, and has 300000 credits worth of gems, carries only 30000 credits on him however
PROPERTY: Has a 2 story house, (though only the 2nd story is above ground), and a laboratory that is state of the art and fully stocked, he lives in Lazlo
VEHICLE: Owns the Mountainer ATV and 2 MDC automobiles
HISTORY: Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla were brought into Rifts Earth by a group of shifters and temporal raiders, along with the raiders' temporal wizard servants. They devised a time travel ritual spell that was highly unstable and experimental, when they used it it brought both men into the future instead of sending them to the past. The spell was also deadly to all involved except the two men. They were hurtled through an unstable rift and came out in lazlo. They were fused togther into one single being as they came out of the rift and found work at a research facility. He worked there for 3 years growing accustomed to life in Rifts Earth and learning all he could about history, (his future), and current events. Then he bought a house and got a new education that lasted 10 years. At this point he was 80 years old and during his adventures he came across a mysterious potion from Palladium, the potion resulted in his being unaged to his current biological age of 31. He currently invents new things and does work for adventurers such as weapons design, vehicle repair, custom built devices, etc. Nikbert has no memory of the supposed device that could shake a building using only a wall socket power supply or any of the other supposed wonderous devices Nikola Tesla supposedly made.
