The price guide lists 3 different columns. The columns are for the values of the card in the following conditions: mint, excellent, and poor. The cards listed are all rare, foil, uncommon 1, or very valuable common/uncommon cards. When you see a fourth row, the fourth row will be values for the foil version of the card.
