Evil Marin:

When you have Marin following you, go up to a chicken and hit it. She will try to stop you. But if you hit it 15-20 times, she will start encouraging you and telling you to keep hitting it! Moohoohwahahahaha!

Getting Power-Ups:

You know when you pick up a Piece of Power or Guardian Acorn you have to read all this annoying text... Well, never again. When you pick up either one, press start immediately. Then press start again. You won't need to read the text normally shown. If you wait to long to press start the screen will sometimes go blank! But if you do it correctly you will never have a problem and will be able to ignore that annoying text.

The Nightmares:

When fighting the 2nd last "shadow" in the egg it is a lot easier to kill that floating thingy with one hit by the Fire Wand!

When fighting the last "shadow" inside the egg, hit him once with the boomerang in the eye and he will die. Nintendo must have done this on pupose though.

Master Stalfos:

In level five, everytime you fight Master Stalfos you can kill him.

1. Hit him with you sword

2. Press START, and select the Arrows and Bombs

3. Use them together to make the "missile"

4. Do this as fast as possible (about 3-4 hits)

5. Once he dies you'll get a small key!

You can do this all 4 times you see him. The first 3 you get a small key, 4th time you get the Hookshot. Very, Very Cool!

Free Bow:

Purchase the bow and press A + B + START + SELECT and save the game as the rupees appear from your hand. Continue the game with the bow and your rupees.

Bombing Arrow:

Put the bomb and arrow both in your slots. Then press A + B at the same time to shoot bombing arrows! Cool!

New Music:

Enter the name ZELDA in all capital letters to hear some nifty new tracks!

Lots of Cash:

In level three, the Boss will taunt you and say that you will never find him. To get lots and lots of ruppees, get to the Boss, but do not ram the wall with the Pegasus Boots. Kill the blobs that fall for lots of money.

Cheaper Stuff:

Select any item from the counter, and begin payment. As your character's money is being deducted, quickly press START + SELECT + A + B, then save and quit the game. Reload the saved game to keep the item and most of the money used to purchase it.

Find Bombable Walls:

Finding bombable walls is remarkably simple. All you have to do is use your sword and 'poke' the walls. When you hear a sharp tone, you've found a wall that can be bombed!

Stealing:

To steal, take an item from the counter of the store. Then, go at the top of the shop keeper, when he looks up at you, run out the door! Unfortunately, from this point on your name will be THIEF, and when you return to the shop, you will be killed.

Seashell Mansion Tricks:

Go to the Seashell Mansion when you have either 5 or 10 seashells (exactly this number.) You will receive an extra seashell! When you have exactly twenty seashells, you will receive a level 2 sword that can shoot out a projectile when your character has full health!

Fly:

Obtain the Boomerang and the Rooster. Throw the Boomerang and pick up the Rooster. The Boomerang should hover below you. Now you are involnerable to normal enemies, but they aren't involnerable to you!

Always win Crane Game:

To always win the crane game, simply place your crane right above the upper left hand corner. Then, wait until the desired item is over the upper right hand corner, and immediately activate the crane for a free prize!

Secret Cave:

To find the secret cave go to the libary with the pegasus boots, then hit the bookshelf until a book falls down. In the book it will tell you to go to the five tombstones. The bottom right is number one and you push it down the bottom left is two you push it left. The top left is three you pust push it UP. The middle top is four you must push it right and the last one left you push up.

Magic Powder Tricks:

Magic Powder does lots of weird things. Try sprinkling it on the ghost's grave, the trees in front of the Seashell Mansion, and the bones in the desert. Some of the things that happen are pretty funny.

Change the Enemy:

If you have magic powder here is a cool trick you can do. Go to an enemy and sprinkle magic powder on it. Sometimes it will change the enemy. It might even change it into an easier enemy to defeat!!!

Stomp Goombas:

In some of the dungeons in Link's Awakening DX you will see the little goombas that were in Super Mario. Jump on them instead of slashing them with your sword or hitting them with any other weapon. If you do you will get a heart!!!

Marin Tricks:

After you beat the first three dungeons you have take Marin to the Animal Village. While you Marin is following here are some funny things that you should do.

Hit a chicken with your sword. Break a pot.

Play your ocarina.

Take her to the Trendy game.

Talk to chief bear in Animal Village.

The Trendy game one is the best because she picks up the owner with the claw!!!

Die Without it Counting:

On the file screen there are three numbers below the name of the file. These numbers are how many times you died. If you don't die any time during the game, you get the secret ending. Here is a trick to help you not die. When you are about to die, and you are spinning around, hit SELECT, START, A, and B at the same time and then choose Save and Quit. Your death will not show up on the three numbers!!!

Swim Faster:

Don't you hate how swimming takes a long time and how you think you'll never get where you want to go. Well, not anymore! To swim faster hit the A button repeatedly. You will swim fast! The faster you hit it, the faster you will swim.

Different Ending:

To get a different ending, beat the game without dying once. Hehe, it's a slightly different, but interesting ending...

Shocking Talk:

You know those little green dudes that "shock" you when you touch them? Drop a sprinkle of magic powder on them, their eyes will grow really big. Now, talk to them, they will say some pretty cool things.
