Ranks of a Jedi...
Jedi Padawan - The Padawan is the first stage after being identified as being force sensetive. The Padawan Trains under a Jedi of a higher level until reaching Jedi Knighthood.
Jedi Knight - The Jedi Knight is the Stage directly after Padawan. After you reach Jedi Knighthood, you do not require anymore training under a Master, you will make your Way to Jedi Master on your own.
Jedi Master - After you have had sufficient self training as a Jedi Knight you become a Jedi Master. Even though you can take on a Padawan at Knight, as a Master you will have developed Psychiological changes thus, mor experienced.
Omni Jedi Master - The highest Rank, you must have performed great deeds as a Jedi to reach Omni Jedi Master.
IRL requirments to become different ranks:
TIME:
On numerous occations the question of time has been brought forth in the advancement of characters from one level to the next. Characters such as Sith Enigma have remained low level sith for many months, while characters such as Foe Raker Gilkane rose through the ranks with great speed. A character who displays great rping skill and talent may be accelerated through the ranking process faster than those who do not show the skill or dedication. Time alone will not allow a character to pass from one rank to another. As seen above a character must display other talents. In all cases except special circumstances characters will follow this chart of movement.
Months 1-3=Apprentice
Months 4-7=Knight
Months 8-11=Master
Months 12+=Omni Master
DEMANDS:
With all characters a time will come when you believe that you deserve a promotion from one rank to another. This Promotion will be granted by the Lightside Force GM. The Force GMs will look at certain aspects of your characters rp and development. The Criteria for promotions are as follows:
Training:
A. Amount of Time Training
B. New Skills Learned While Training
C. Type of training(alone or with certified master)
Knowledge
A. Knowlege of The Force
B. Knowledge of RP Force Powers and Rules
Display of Skill
A. Combat Skill
B. Leadership Skills
C. Force Usage Skill
Power of each rank:
All Force using characters in EOTF must be registered with the Force User Registry. This Registry will serve as a Back ground check on all Force using characters so that no one will be confused in the realm of RP. To Register You must Contact your Light(for lightside characters) or Your Dark(for dark side characters) Side GMs. Each Character will be given a Number Ranking which will allow them to see their current status and the amount of work they need to advance. A Level 1 Padawan is not as powerful as a Level 3 Padawan. They are each Padawans yet their power is not the same. The following breakdown will serve as the number ranking for all characters in EOTF.
Light Side Jedi
Jedi Padawan=1-3
Jedi Knight=4-6
Jedi Master=7-9
Omni Jedi Master=10
