The Price

The Price is paid in blood or tears,
there is no reasoning with our fears.
If you believe that you can get away,
trust me, in the end you must surely pay.
Rich and Poor it matters not,
in the end you will be left to rot.
This is a payment that all must give,
because God and the devil still do live.
The Price is harsh, so it may seem,
yet it allows us, still, to dream.
For the Ancient War continues to be fought,
and to die is not to lose for you do not die for
nought...
