Shenmue You will be surprised be the excellence of this game, and soon you will be wrapped up in this little made up world, feeling jealousy, pain and guilt and yes it is only a computer game, the game is Shenmue, the worlds most realistic game ever, and it is currently only on the Dreamcast, and that is where it should stay.

This game has had enormous publicity, and had be awaited for months and months, with dreamcast fans buying magazines just hoping to hear about the game, The game took years of making and planning, and is finally finished. Over 3 years in development with legendary game designer .

The same man who made such classics as Space Harrier, Virtua Fighters, F355 Challenge, and many more. The game was a massive hit in Japan selling well over 400,000 copies. The game was made by Sega, and is supposed to be the most expensive game ever, it cost more than some big Hollywood movies, it was that big. Players assume control over a young 18 year old man as here goes about his destiny and figures out who murdered his father. His name is Ryo Hazuki and he does not take crap from anyone.

Ryo is sometimes reckless, but he is a kind hearted kid. Ryo has been taught the martial arts by his father, until Iwoa Hazuki was murdered for unknown reasons. Ryo is now determined to go about his destiny to solve the puzzles, and find his fathers murder. Ryo's mother died at an early age, so he has been taught everything there is to know by his late father. So this time its personal

.You will be able to virtually go and do anything in a massive city. You start your journey in his house, fully elaborated with traditional Japanese decoration. You can shift your way threw every desk, closet, cabinet, and open and close doors as you see fit.

You can even turn his lights on and off. This is how much detail has gone into this game. Outside his house is a beautiful water garden with colourful fish. After you leave his premises you will find yourself in a larger residential area with houses, parks, and shops all as detailed as Ryo's house. After that I'll let you play the game to experience the rest you this huge virtual world.

All right, you know this world looks real, but does it play like the real world does? Yes! In Shenmue the weather changes from spring to fall to winter. Complete with rain and snow that will go on and off. People carry umbrellas in the rain and go inside in the snow. People (Over 300!) run their daily lifes with the same routine.

You can follow someone to their job in the morning and follow them back to their home in the evening. As the months pass you will start to notice Christmas decorations and Santa Clauses littering the streets of Japan.So now you know what the game is about and how its plays, but you do you think that you will buy it, well let me personally tell you, this is one of the most amazing to real life, games I have ever seen.
