Version 1.0 = Initial public release (6/10/2025).
Version 1.1 = Added weapon editing (6/12/2025)
Version 1.2 = Added shop editing (6/14/2025)
Version 1.2a = Fixed typos (6/23/2025)
Version 1.2b = Fixed "Skill Max Level" issue (8/17/2025)

Version 1.2b update details:
On the "Skill Max Levels" page in the "Skill levels" section, I have changed the maximum allowed value from 8 to 7, and changed the values assigned to A+ and S skill ranks. Apparently, setting the skill maximum level to 8 was causing problems in the game. There's a new button in that section with a little more info. Thanks to Marte1980 for letting me know about this.

Version 1.2a update details:
Fixed a couple skill names that were labeled incorrectly in the "Skill levels" section. The 5th skill was changed from "Counter" to "Counter Atk", and the 7th skill was changed from "Counter Atk" to "Continual Atk".

Version 1.2 update details:
Can now edit what's for sale in some shops, and can add extra items if you'd like.

Version 1.1 update details:
Have added editing for the cost of weapon upgrades with Blacksmiths. Added editing for weapon ATK values for all weapons and all levels.

This is an editor for Suikoden 3 (USA) for the PlayStation 2. The correct game serial number is SLUS-20387. The editor works on the actual ROM/ISO.

IMPORTANT: Your edited/patched ROM/ISO file will work fine with a new game, or with an "in-game" save file (the save files you create while in the game). However, it will probably NOT work with most emulator save states.

Even though the iso file is fairly large (4.1 GB), the editor will patch it almost instantly.

The editor does not make a backup copy of your ISO, so make sure to make your own copy if you want one.

Here's a link with lots of detailed info on the editor:

Shouldn't need any additional files if you're using Windows. It uses the .net framework.
