What this program does...
Once it verifies that you have the correct ROM and version...

The program will patch your Road Rash 2 Genesis ROM so that you will start a new game with a highly modified version of Wild Thing 2000 (secret bike in the game).
You can choose from 3 different performance options...

Stage 1: Same top speed (200 MPH), but faster acceleration, better handling, and 10 nitro boosts.

Stage 2: Higher top speed (215 MPH), even faster acceleration, better handling, and 12 nitro boosts.

Stage 3: Much higher top speed (225 MPH), ultra fast acceleration, better handling, and 14 nitro boosts.

If you're not happy with the performance option you picked, just run the program again and try a different one.

Exactly what the program does...

Bypasses the checksum routine so the game will run.
Makes it so you start a new game with Wild Thing 2000.
Makes Wild Thing 2000 accelerate faster in all 6 gears.
Makes Wild Thing 2000 have a higher top speed in most gears.
Makes Wild Thing 2000 start with more nitro burts (normally 8).
Makes Wild Thing 2000 handle better (doesn't slide on turns, better traction).

This patch takes the place of entering around 16 separate Game Genie codes.

To use this program, you'll need the correct ROM version for Road Rash II...
Road Rash II (USA, Europe) REV00. The program checks to make sure you have the correct version and will not let you select the wrong one.
The program will ask you if you want to overwrite the original ROM before it patches it. It will not make a copy of the original.
The ROM must be in .bin/.md (non-interleaved/raw) format. SMD type (interleaved) ROMs will not work.

Shouldn't need any additional files if you're using Windows 10. If you're using older versions of Windows, you may need to install .net files (the .net files are included in Windows 10).
