(Note 1- Most of these moves came Revenge. The new look from his official website. The big moves are his finisher from the Indies, the "Cradle of Love," The Rocker Droper and the Sign Off came from a fansite that said that these were some signature moves in the Indies in worked in while in the Flock in WCW. And, the LODI-ed Glove is his WCW finisher from right after the Flock disbanded. All it was was a weight dropped in his glove.) 

(Note 2- I cannot take full credit for this CAW.  I did have some help with it.  I e-mailed Mr. Cain himself for help.  Actually, all the moves he mentioned in his reply I aready had, but I just had to mention his assisstance for a fan.  Say what you want about Cain,... but how many of the "main-eventers" would take the time out to reply to a message about some kid trying to put them in a video game?)
