Beaner's Roody-Poo Wrestling View #1
______________________________
Hi, welcome to my first edition, of the TNM Basements,
Roody-Poo Wrestling View. First of all, let me say that I am
thankful for this oppurtunity to express my opinion towards the
state of not only pro wrestling, but pro wrestlings co-partner in fun
and entertainment, TNM. Not many get this chance, and knowing
that many of you are going to be reading this, makes me feel kind
of special.......But anyways, on with the deal.
I'm going to let all of you guys know what this column, is
going to be all about. To clear anything up, I think that the WWF,
is the present leader, and future leader in professional wrestling.
ECW, is next in step, if they had a better financial support system,
they would be the top competitor towards the WWF. Now, the WCW
is just a traditional method of wrestling. It's what the NWA was back
in the good ol' eighties, except add a couple angles, and interveiws,
and you got a Monday Night Show that loses in the ratings by two
points, week after week. I hope some of you see where this column
will be going in the future.
In my opinion, and mine only it may be, the World Wrestling
Federation has what World Championship Wrestling will never have.
The knowledge of how to entertain someone. Vince McMahon, knows
what we want, and we, speaking of people between the ages of 15, and
25, we want some hardcore, yet entertaining, sexual, and rather funny
stuff to go with. We want, entertainment. The WWF, is entertainment.
Now...World Championship Wrestling is a whole 'nother story.
Week after week, we see the "Same" Main Events, the same matches
and the same old boring stuff. Now it's not always exactly the same,
but things come close. One week it is Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko,
vs Scott Hall and say, Buff Bagwell. The next week, we see Malenko vs
Buff, with Hall interfereing, and Benoit quickly following. I dont
know, just me maybe.
Okay, I'm done with that, so, since this is just a quick edition,
an introduction edition, let me get the next, and final part. Which
would be, who the most hottest, most entertaining wrestlers right now,
which will be on every edition of my column.
#1. The Rock
------------
I'm sorry...but the Rock is my favorite wrestler, my favorite mic
worker, and damn near the most entertaining man in entertainment, all
together. He's got the best moves, the best lines, and I'd rather
listen to him talk for 15 minutes, then spend a couple hours alone
with Pamela Lee. I know, it's sick, and pittiful, but I love the Rock.
#2. Rey Misterio Jr.
--------------------
Okay, I _HATE_ WCW. But...lately, when I'm flipping through when
there are commericals on RAW, I see Mysterio Jr., and I watch. I like
him, cause one he's modern, two, he's got moves, and three, I like his
pants. He's beat Nash, he's the best American Cruiserweight in the
world (IMO), and I see lots of TV Time in the future for him.
#3. The Undertaker
------------------
I know, I know. Steve Austin should definetly, ALWAYS be on the top
three list. But, The Undertaker, with this new ministry, is drawing a
lots of attention, and I personally like all the attention he gets. I
see 'Taker with not gold, but a lot of popularity, and maybe a good
angle to continue with Vince McMahon.
Alright that's it for this week, see ya next! By the way, I am opening
a new, original wrestler, e-wrestling federation, and if anyone is
interested in joining, just email me at db@oh.verio.com, and ask for
some information. I'd also like to announce, that Zeus 3.0
(http://members.tripod.com/~zeushome/zeus.html) was released into the
Wrestling Simulator World this past week, and it is quite good for
E-Wrestling, but no where stands near TNM 7.0, or any version for that
matter. Just check it out, and I'll catch ya later. Please email me,
or the editor any opinions, comments....Thanks!
