Jersey
The Garden State
New Jersey is an interesting situation. The “domain” known as Jersey is centered around Newark, but also includes several of the other “suburbs” of New York City that cover the north end of the state, including Jersey City, Hoboken and Bayonne. The entire population amounts to somewhere around a million people.
There is a very angry war going on here between two separate groups of Anarch Brujah. One is a group of Italian wiseguys that has long held claim to this part of the state. Their opponets are a group of Hindu vampires, new to town from the Indian subcontinent. Why they came here and settled down in the Mafioso territory, no one is very sure about. There is a lot of bad blood here, and when numbers of these vampires come together on opposite sides, somebody usually goes home in ashes. Whoever is winning the fight depends on which faction you ask.
There is no Prince in the north half of Jersey. Several different Princes all claim Jersey is not their domain – notable among these are Imogen, Prince of Manhattan and Staten Island and Clark, Prince of Atlantic City. Imogen claims that Clark, being the only Price in the state, is responsible. Clark, claiming that Imogen is much closer, is responsible. Other New York Princes and Philadelphia’s Prince Lionheart have expressed an active disinterest in having anything to do with this problem. Someone had better step in quickly, however, otherwise the very Masquerade may be threatened.

Key Kindred:
Clark
The much despised Tremere Prince of Atlantic City, he has a number of business dealings in Jersey, but rarely ventures up there himself. It’s too dangerous.
Dr. Prince
A Caitiff who spends most of his time trying to avoid getting caught up in the gang war. Does pretty well most of the time, but sits so squarely on the fence, some wonder if he’s not egging it on. His support on either side would pretty much sway the scales permanently. He is a very amicable fellow, who is well known for helping out independents or other Kindred who have been trode under by the war between the wiseguys and the dotheads.
Fatone Jr.
This Nosferatu is a firm supporter of Soprano and the Wiseguys. Is into a lot of the gambling, the money-laundering and the racketeering. His abilities at playing the odds are legendary.
Karma
Karma is Rao’s right hand. A very quiet, deadly individual, Karma can kill with the speed of a snake and the strength of a gorilla. Karma speaks rarely and only when necessary.
Rao
The leader of the Hindu faction (dotheads, as Soprano calls ‘em), he is an extremely polite fellow with a very pleasant demeanor. He is, however, widely reknowned for his ability to smile at someone while he pulls their heart out. He understands the business he is in and realizes its nature. Very good at what he does, but what he does isn't very nice.

Soprano
The leader of the Jersey wiseguys, he has his own show on HBO. Well, not really, but it’s a little too much to be a coincidence, isn’t it? Regardless, Soprano is known for his ruthlessness and his ability to get things done. Very intimidating, very imposing, very loud, very Italian.
