Tyrael is the Archangel who fought Diablo and Baal. He was also the crafter of the runeblade Azurewrath. Although he is forbidden to help you in combat, he gives you some important tasks.

Jamella is a warrior of light who both buys and sells Weapons, Armor, Scrolls, and Potions. She also heals your Health and Mana and allows you to gamble on her unknown items.

Halbu is also a warrior like Jamella and will buy and sell Items, Weapons, Armor, and other items while also repairing them.

Deckard Cain has been with you for the entire game. He still continues to identify your items for free. He will also give you any information he can.Lets just hope he hasn't been tallying up a bill for his services.
