Deckard Cain has returned from the last Diablo. After saving his life he realizes that Diablo has risen again. Because of your bravery in saving his life he will Identify items for you at no cost. It's a shame he didn't think of it In Diablo I.

Akara is found in the North Eastern part of town. She replenishes your health and mana every time you visit her. She also sells Scrolls, Potions, Keys, Staffs, and Wands.

Charsi is found in the North Western part of town. She will repair your weapons and sell Armour, Weapons, and Arrows.

Gheed can be found in the South Western part of town. He sells keys and other Weapons and Armour. He also allows you to test you hand by gambling on his items.

Kashya is the leader of the town and besides giving you missions to conquer will allow you to hire her mercenaries for a certain price.

Warriv owns a caravan that will eventually travel east to Lut Golean. He can only travel east after you defeat Andariel.
