I currently searching for a lawyer that will take this case
that has a California License as well as a Utah license.
I have been put off and given excuses to etc.
I was on my way in and around the Los Angeles, California area
 and then lost the oil filter on the newer motor I bought four months ago.
DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO A QUICK LUBE PLACE!!!
Right now this doesnt look good.
UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...
I am NOT taking any new work at this time.

Other news is....
If this motor isnt going to be covered by the shop that changed the oil
then this is it.
I will NOT take any new work.
I will make refunds as soon as possible.
