Shingo Shouji

Shingo is second best in the NightKids. He is one of those people who would do anything to win. He would hit someone's car from behind to make them lose control. Shingo is a devious person, always thinking of plans to be the best. he challenges Takumi to a tape death match, but he was still beaten.

However, after that race, Shingo's character seems to change a bit, he gets along with Takeshi and they sometimes talk, even though he doesn't want to be seen with Takeshi. Shingo was also a old friend of Sayuki from the Impact Blue Duo. Shingo is pretty bad person so I wonder how he gets his money just by hanging around with his gang all day. He probably bum of other people or steal.
