Seiji Iwaki

Seiji is the second best in the Emperor racing team. He is not as good as kyouchi but is still better than the NightKids. During races, he would be very impatient and would always want to take the lead. He is always over confident into thinking that he will just blow by his opponent. Seiji also has a very bad personality. He is very cocky and likes to provoke others. When he beats a racing team, he would cut up the other team's logo sticker and place it upside down on his spoiler. But even with his fast car, he is defeated by takumi and also by Kai (even though we don't see the race)
