Itsuki Takeuchi

Itsuki is Takumi's best friend throughout the series. He is kinda dopey and loud but he is a very loyal friend. Whenever Takumi races, he would always believe Takumi can win, in fact, every race he would cheer Takumi on. Itsuki is a really bad driver however, he weasels his way into the speedstars and even taped the logo on his car. he is also very foolish, he was planning to buy a levin AE86 but got tricked into buyin an 85.

When it comes to relationships, Itsuki can never get a girl, he claims to be a lonely driver and says that racers don't need girlfriends. His relationship with Natsuki's friend,Saori didn't work out and the same goes for him and kazumi. Let's just say he's hopeless.
