Rathian, a land alive in itself is ruled by the Lady Valindria Soulblade Briggan. A woman of mystery it's rumoured that she is the blood of the Valheru and a master at that. Her regent is Aberdon Mackenzie Drakos Locke, a strong Ventrue vampire with lines going back to the begining of time.

The land of Rathian is a lush forest land with a moderate harbour and vast mountain ranges that divide her borders from the outside world. Travelers who enter her boundaries rarely leave for when they find the land, the land find's them and bonds with their soul. Those who have left have been said to be haunted by dreams of the forests calling them home for the rest of their days.
