  3. C.O.D. will not be sent to PO Boxes

  4. All C.O.D. not paid for at delivery, will be sent back out 1 more time for delivery, with all shipping charge add,  if not paid it will be put up for auction on ebay and sold and check for remainder balance will be mailed.
