HighGround is an abstract strategy game built around the idea that occupying higher ground in battle is an advantage. The object is to have the most pegs on the field when a stalemate is reached. Pegs can be captured if they are surrounded by enemy pegs, or if the whole higher layer of the same board is controlled by one player. In the higher two variants, it is possible to capture the third layer of a white board if the third layer of an adjacent black board is controlled by you.
