Need Help in the gym? Wanna gain a lot of strenghth or cspeed or endurance or panic? You have come to the right place... If you wanna gain a lot you have to first go to "Visit Trainer", then see the biggest bar. Whichever bar is the longest is your special, which is what you'll gain the most. Lets say if its strength, you'll need a perfect warmup, the one that works for me on strength is quick stretch, short jog, weight lifting. For Speed its Quick stretch and weight lifting, and for endurance its quick stretch jumping jhacks quick stretch weight lifting. A gym pass is 10 marks. There is also a way to tell if you gain a lot of something or not. Go to "Visit trainer" and right click on the blue bar and go to properties. If its 20 x 10 pixels you will gain a lot. However if its 3 x 10 or lower, then you wont gain a lot of it. Go check for yourself!!
