Appearance: The blade of this dagger is engraved with birds, bees, and butterfly's flying about. It is very femine looking and it has a diamond on its butt worth (1,000 gp). The hilt is in the shape of golden wings with very detailed feathers.

Function: When thrown this cursed dagger turns into any flying creature that may be engraved on the blade. The creature then fly's away. If the creature is caught and a restoration, and remove curse spell are cast on it the creature reverts to the form of the dagger. The dagger then becomes a +5 dagger when thrown and on a natural 20 slays any creature that fails a saving throw vs. death.
