At the first of the turn Englands fleet should be at the bottem of the channel [sunk]. If its not build all transports and just keep sending in your troops to France... have america send in troops to consolidate it. But chances are that your fleet will be sunk. So Now Germany is blitzing through Africa and is winning on the eastern front... what to do. Take France ... or attack France. This makes Germany send troops to the West that would normally go to the East. This lets Russian forces have less to deal with and try to effectively counter the Germans assault or put it in check. If you cant take france the first turn build transports and IC bomb Germany. By building transports you can destroy the Luftwaffe at a costly way but that makes Germany build more fighters/bombers to destroy them. So basically England is a wrench in Germany's war machine. England opens the door for America and helps Russia out by taking off some of the heat.
