The Americans have one priority... to land forces in Europe. The allies should all concentrate on killing Germany first. In the Pacific try to eliminate as much of the Japanese fleet as possible. Send the fighter in the Western US to kill the Japanese fleet if the "Pearl Harbor-ed" your fleet; Along with the Western US fleet remnents. Send the bomber to UK to help attack Germany and IC bomb. America should buy a good number of transports, your choice, and some tanks or infantry to transport. You should build infantry to consolidate the English takings or you may want to build tanks based on the situation. Other than that keep sending wave after wave into France to force Germany to retake it... eventually the Germans will collapse making Japan an easy target. Also keep an eye on Africa! If Germany holds it the first turn then send in two men with a transport to help defend England's holdings there. And if Germany has it totally then they collect 9 IPCs which could hurt you in the long run because England loses 9 IPCs as well. Another think to aim for is a "supply route" to Russia, Finland-Norway. This will allow you and England to pump in Reinforcements to overwhelm the Germans by slaughtering what the Russians leave behind. Plus you allow Russia to concentrate on the Japanese if they pose a threat. As well as build tanks to crush the German lines.
