BORN ON: Feb. 18, 2000

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. I have moved several times in the past year and have been without a computer for most of that time. I know that I have several dozen entries for the Confederate Wall as of todays date and have not been able to work on the site like I hope to. I will promise those that have sent in their relatives that they will all be added as soon as I can get another computer and get time to sit down and do it. I will email each and every one of you as I add your next of kin.
Confederate Memorial Wall.
Please take the time while your here to pay your respects to those that fought for our Grand Southland.

Please read the new poem that I have added below entitled "Belles Of The South", it is by a very good friend of mine.

Belle's of the South

Oh you sweet Belle's of the south, how much we owe to you.
For all the devastation that this war has put you through.
Some were spies, some were nurses, farmers and soldiers too,
You did your best at all times defending us from the "Blue."
You were there for your Southern boys, you kept their spirits high.
You gave them strength in your words, though many a man would die.
We can only wonder how you worked among the blood and gore.
You had the strength, you had the pride, this we know for sure.
Many a lady would give their lives, for their Southern pride.
To be next to their Southern boys right along his side.
For men who say a womans place is at home to cook and tend and clean.
I offer them these words in hope to see what you have seen.

Written by: William Kenneth Tyler.
For the ladies of the UDC.
For all their great work.
God bless you ladies.

"I must not forget our old flag — though torn & tattered & faded.
In the three days of fighting, although about 18 inches was torn off the end & lost
— there is fifteen bullet holes through the flag & three through the staff —
& besides this a large rent made by a piece of a bomb.
Three color bearers were shot down & the fourth now carries it.
If I should live through the war I would want no brighter monument than this faded flag to decorate my parlor walls —
(Provided I ever have a parlor)." James C. Bates CSA

This page is for all those who fought and died for the South.
It is for the Great Confederate Battle Flag and it's true meaning,
a way of life and the heritage that it stands for.
It is also for the people that it stands for, not white or black people,
not old or young people, but one people; "Southron People".
I am a Southron American born and bred,
and I believe that the hate groups that wish to strip
the South of it's heritage should and will be stopped.
We must ban together and show our strength in numbers.
We must tell them NO! we won't take it anymore!
Enjoy your visit and I hope you learn a little something about the South !
Please if you will sign my guestbook and give me your comments or views,
I will be adding a comment page so that you can view
other e-mail comments that I receive about my site.
Thank You for visiting and please stop by again real soon!

I had the honor to meet him in South Carolina and I will never forget him.

"Any society which suppresses the heritage of its conquered minorities,
prevents their history and denies them their symbols,
has sewn the seed of its own destruction."

MOST PEOPLE DREAM OF ANGELS,
I HELD ONE IN MY ARMS.
