2000 was the Razorbacks first season in the CSFFL, and Eddie's first attempt at coaching in fantasy football. They replaced the Gryphons in the Central Division, and they developed strong rivalries with the 49ers and Bull Riders. Their inaugural season was a fine one as they captured the Central Division title and finished in 4th place overall.
In 2001, their luck took a bit of a downturn as they posted a losing record and missed the playoffs. 2002 was a great comeback year for the Hogs. They posted their best record in their short history and made the playoffs as a wild card team. Then they charged through three playoff games all the way to the CSFFL championship! (Click on the Championship Page link from the menu.) In 2003, the Hogs did their best to defend their championship, but it wasn't meant to be. They had an average season, but did manage to grab a wild card spot. However, they were defeated in the 1st round of the playoffs and then thoroughly trounced in the 5th Place Game, ending the season in 6th place overall. 2004 was practically a carbon copy of 2003. For the second straight year the Hogs finished with a record of 7-6 and gained a wild card berth for the playoffs. Once again, though, they lost in the first round of the playoffs, but this time they managed to win the following week to finish the season in 5th place. |
