Johnson duly being sworn according to law said that he is the legally appointed administrator ____________ on the estate of Samuel Loveless who entered the confederate service at Canton, Cherokee, GA the 14th of April 1861 in Captain Dickerson's Co., 2nd Reg. GA Volunteers by Co. Sims and died at Centerville, Fairfax Co., VA on Saturday 16th Nov. 1861 and that he as his administrator makes this statement (?) for the purpose of obtaining _____________ Confederate States ______ for his service as __________ bounty.
