Personally appeared before me E. G. Musgrove an acting Justice of the Peace in Blount County Alabama who deposeth and saith the above account is a true copy from the Books as made by his brother J. W. Musgrove who is now in Tennessee in the Confederate service said acct was due January 1st 1862 made in the aforesaid state and county sworn to and subscribed before me Feb 24th 1863.
