This indenture made the 12th day of Nov. in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & thirty three between JAMES HARBUCK of the county of Wotton (?) and state aforesaid of the one part and BARTON LOVELESS of of the county of Lumpkin & state aforesaid of the other part witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Eighty dollars to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained sold ______ and released & confirmed by these presents do grant bardain sell ______ _____ and confirm unto the said BARTON LOVELESS & to his heirs & assigned all that tract or lot of land containing forty acres more or less lying & being in the south division of the thirteeth district & first section & in the county of Lumpkin in said state which said tract or lot of land is known and distinguished in the plan of said district by the number four hundred and ten. To have the said _____ or lot of forty acres together will all the appurtenances thereof whatsoever thereunto belonging unto the said BARTON LOVELESS his heirs and assigns forever. In witness where I have hereunto set my hand and seal day and date above written.

Personally came before me Peter M. Oliver who being duly sworn deposeth and saith that he saw James Harbuck sign this written deed for the purposes therein contained and that he deponant subscribed the same as a witness and saw Roland Osborn do so likewise.
