The assumption concerning the Godhead has caused a revulsion among Bible
readers. This aversion is very
detrimental to God’s kingdom, when anybody assumes there are three persons in
the Godhead. The Bible does not
teach even one of anything in the Godhead.
The Bible says the Godhead is in Jesus Christ. "For
in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily."
(Colossians 2:9 KJV)
Now what does the Godhead consist of?
The Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.
These are titles, not persons. Holy
Ghost is not a person but a spirit. Where
can we find the Holy Ghost? "And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost .
. ." (Luke 4:1 KJV)
So the Holy Ghost is not a person but a spirit.
Let’s find the Father. ". . . the words that I speak unto you
I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the
works." (John
14:10 KJV)
So you see Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are titles and all these titles
are in Jesus Christ.
Some say, I believe there is but one God, but that God is divided into
three substances. Now you cannot
divide God into substance. I will
explain later. If it were possible,
you would have three, one-third Gods. Back
to God being a substance. First,
God is not a substance. What is a
substance? Substance is element.
What is element; any part of the four elements, which are earth, air,
fire, and water. These constitute all living matter. God is none of these substances or elements.
Substance is a product and God is not a product, neither was God created,
God is the Creator. "God is a Spirit: . . ." (John
4:24 KJV)
So God is not an element or a substance, thus, making it impossible to
divide God into something which he is no part of.
God is one, not two or three. God
has an indictment against people who try to put two or three Gods in Heaven.
"Thou
shalt have no other gods before me."
(Exodus 20:3 KJV)
If Jesus Christ is not the Almighty God, the apostles are liars and the
Bible is a fake. Thomas called
Jesus God. "And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord
and my God." (John
20:28 KJV)
After Thomas got his eyes opened, he saw that Jesus was the Almighty God.
When you get your eyes opened, you will also see that Jesus Christ is the
Almighty God. Jesus Christ, before He was born, did not pre-exist as a son
but as a spirit. When the spirit,
which is the Mighty God and the Father, became born of the flesh, this made the
Father become a son. "For
unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be
upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The
mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." (Isaiah 9:6 KJV)
The Father of this son is in that flesh which was born of the Virgin
Mary. Jesus says in John 10:30, "I and my Father are one,"
(the same). If Jesus Christ is not the Father, which people say is
another God (or substance), then I’d be afraid to trust in what He says.
"Jesus saith unto him, Have
I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that
hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the
Father?" (John
14:9 KJV)
Verse 10, "Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in
me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that
dwelleth in me, he doeth the works."
If these verses do not open your eyes, God have mercy on you.
"I
said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not
that I am he, ye shall die in your sins." (John
8:24 KJV)
Who is Jesus Christ according to the Bible?
Isaiah 9:6 says a child, a son, the Mighty God, the everlasting Father.
You can see these titles the Bible gives him is the Godhead.
Jesus Christ is every one of those titles.
So please, don’t even try to divide our God into substance or elements.
Just leave him as he is: one God.
The devil has deceived you to believe in two or three Gods. Even the devil does not believe trinity doctrine. "Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: (you want to do well) the devils also believe, and tremble." (James 2:19 KJV) The devil knows Jesus Christ is the Almighty God. Will you please quit trying to put Jesus Christ into the Godhead as the second person. He is not in the Godhead, but the Godhead is in Him. Trying to put Jesus Christ into the Godhead is like trying to run the figure five into four which you know is impossible. There is not enough room in four for five. So likewise, there is not enough room in the Godhead for Jesus Christ. The Godhead is in Him. The Godhead is Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. "For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily." (Colossians 2:9 KJV) So please, don’t try to separate, or divide the Godhead, for God is a spirit; not a product. Please consider this before it is too late.
