It's a happy star drum!
Hmmm... what is it? A star? A drum? No, silly... it's both!
This is apparently a Fisher-Price item, judging by both the look and the words "Fisher-Price" on the back. I think it's part of a larger set. The yellow thing (not the star, the other one - the arrow thing) is apparently a drumstick of sorts out in the galaxy. Press the end and it drums. It drums... with no drum sound, or sound period. Maybe that's the way drums work in outer space. Next!
