Mr. Satan is a professional wrestler that crashed the Cell game intending to defeat Cell and name himself the herione of the world, but Gohan is the one that killed Cell. But Mr. Satan claimed that he killed Cell, and now he is the leader of Satan City. He is now "winner" of the Cell Game. What a coward, huh? He reminds me of "The Nature Boy" Rick Flair. LoL
