Before the time is long past due,
One should remember the color blue.
It is used to represent sadness.
Those who dare to fight the madness
Should realize blue can also bring cheer
For those attempting to conquer their fear.
No emotion should be above
The essential quality known as love.
Looking for the bluebird of happiness takes
Devotion to the goal despite any mistakes.
Patience is not absolutely required,
But it brings hope to those inspired.
With all the color blue can be,
Majestic as the mighty sea,
Away the bluebird of happiness can fly
Disappearing into the clear blue sky.
