Many times in a lifetime everyone must
Depend on another who they can trust.
Although vital trust can be betrayed,
It can not be avoided, only delayed.
Being dependent on one another,
It is important to discover
Who to trust when trust is needed.
To another one has pleaded
For a particular task to be done.
At this point trust has begun.
Other times trust must be earned
As who is trustworthy is slowly learned.
Trust can be fragile, easily broken
Ot for a lifetime once the words are spoken.
Together everyone can thrive.
Apart it is hard to even survive.
