Warning signs for many dangers can be seen
By those who simply know where to look.
Often such signs will go unnoticed
And if they are noticed they can be mistook
For something meaningless and unimportant
Instead of foretelling coming dangers.
Such signs should be given top priority
Whether from friends, aquaintances, or strangers.
Rarely does one know where to find the right clues
So the warning signs may not ever be found.
Hind sight notices them much better
Enabling one to spot them next time they are around.
Hope for the best and prepare for the worst
When the warning signs are present.
Things can change very rapidly
At times when it is pleasant.
