The young woman had her life planned out
Complete to the smallest detail.
In her mind there was no doubt.
Her plan would never fail.
Life, however, does not follow
Any predictable set up path.
Events beyond her control left her feeling hollow
With no good place to release her wrath.
Planning can be a good way
To set up a proper course,
But other events will arrive to stay
Making a schedule hard to enforce.
Life is not a set of events easily predicted.
Many times will come when pain will be inflicted.
