TRYING
By ... Steve Lucky
The obsticles in the way may be great,
But trying to succeed must continue.
No time will come that is too late.
Failure is not on the menu.
Some personal goals were not achieved
Until long after the people had died.
Even threatened with death they still believed.
What would have happened if they had not tried?
Things some people said could not be done,
Others accomplished without much trouble.
Ways can be made where once there were none
By people who do things on the double.
Trying with both heart and soul,
One achieves an amazing goal.
