     CLEANING THE ENVIRONMENT
        By ... Steve Lucky

Polution is all around us;
On land, in water, and in the air.
If the people raise a fuss
Will government and big business even care?
Destroying the world would not take long
If that was our intention.
To save the world we must be strong
With everything we mention.
Cleaning the environment
Requires us to change our ways.
This means the establishment
Of more efficient methods than previous days.
Polution still continues to spread
Action must be taken to end this dread.
