MEANING
By ... Steve Lucky
At times I feel my life lacks meaning.
Instead of living, am I merely existing
As I go about my day to day activities?
Words can only do so much.
The meaning of words, like the meaning of life,
Can be lost in our daily routine.
If I knew the solution to these problems,
I would do my best to solve them.
All I can do is watch, hope, and pray
Something can be done by myself, another,
Or the one with the problem.
What purpose can replace life without meaning
When so much is required of us?
There is no known magical solution,
Yet that will not stop me from trying.
