The twentyfirst century is here.
May we make the best of it.
Our actions during this century
Will determine the future
Of every species alive on Earth
Including the human race.
More than ever before
We have the power
To destroy the world ... or save it
From disasters both natural and man made.
Our fellow creatures need our help
To survive and prosper
For countless generations to come.
The course of the twenty first century
Can be shaped, at least in part,
By any one of us.
As an individual or as part of a group
We can decide the future,
For better or for worse,
May it always be for the better.
