As I make the needed preparations for
Beginning the selected task, I
Consider all of the
Different possibilities I can use.
Eventually I should be able to
Find something which can
Get attention without loosing my
Hold on the much needed
Individual style and feel of my writing.
Just those things can
Keep me going without getting
Lost in something which
May seem a good solution, but it not
Natural to the steady
Open flow of words used to
Perfect the poem with all the
Quality and style expected from me.
Reality, always present, can
Sometimes fool me by being
Tricky enough to get
Under my skin and then
Very suddenly coming out
When I least expect it.
Xenophobia is abundant,
Yet I strive to
Zoom forward to whatever may await.
