Dear Colleague

The Merseyside Security Association (MSA) was established over twenty years ago to encourage a greater understanding and liaison between like-minded people within the industry.

Previously well attended with support from a variety of areas associated with Fire and Security, interest in recent meetings has been comparatively low, possibly due to new establishments and individuals being unaware of the Association and itís aims. However, at a recent Committee meeting it was unanimously agreed that if fresh interest could be generated and new input gained, the continuation of the Association would undoubtedly be beneficial to all members.

With this in mind, a re-launch will be held in the form of an open invitation meeting at

Merseyside Police Sports Club, Fairfield, Liverpool on Wednesday , 17th October 2002, from

5.3Opm, refreshments provided. As in previous meetings a guest speaker will be invited, followed by an open forum with suggestions and discussion being invited on the future of the MSA and itís role.

We look forward to seeing you, or a representative from your Company. Your attendance will help ensure the continuation of the MSA.

I would be grateful if you could let myself or a fellow committee member know by return that you will be attending, to enable us to cater for correct numbers.

Yours Faithfully,

J.V. Keyworth
