a) This is a later version of 3c). His thoughts not only quench the hungry belly, but they supply him with sight, sound and taste - luxuries that are so obviously missing. He is stronger because of this lack of facial senses, which is why I gave him a more muscular build.
b) This creature was once beautiful on the outside using lust and sexuality like a weapon of manipulation. Her beautiful face has caved in on its self, leaving a dark and hollow mess that is forced to smell the parting and extinction of her sensuality.
